    This section contains information on how Palazzo Innovazione is managed with reference to the processing of data of users of Palazzo Innovazione. This information notice is also valid for the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Code (art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) for those who interact with Palazzo Innovazione and can be reached at the address corresponding to the home page: www.palazzoinnovazione.it
    The information is provided only for Palazzo Innovazione and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links contained therein. The purpose of this document is to provide information about the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users when connecting to the web pages of Palazzo Innovazione, regardless of the purpose of the connection itself, according to Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered by art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001, for the on-line collection of personal data.

      The data controller appoints him/her, who is responsible for processing the data in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code of Palazzo Innovazione, as the person in charge of maintaining the technological part of Palazzo Innovazione.

      The data generated by the use of Palazzo Innovazione is processed at the headquarters of the data controller with the intervention of the parties appointed by the data controller. If necessary, the data connected to the newsletter service may be processed by the data controller or by persons appointed by the controller to this end at the relevant location.

        Cookies are data that are sent by Palazzo Innovazione to the user's internet browser and are stored by the latter for transmission to the site the next time the user visits the site.         From the point of view of duration, a distinction can be made between temporary session cookies that are automatically deleted at the end of the navigation session and are used to identify the user and thus avoid logging in to each page visited and permanent cookies that remain active in the PC until their expiry or cancellation by the user.
        Session cookies may be installed in order to allow access and stay in the reserved area of the portal as an authenticated user.
        They are not stored permanently but only for the duration of the navigation until the browser is closed and disappear when the browser is closed. Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers consisting of random numbers generated by the server necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site.

        Third party analytical cookies are used to track information on user behaviour at Palazzo Innovazione. The survey is carried out anonymously, in order to monitor performance and improve usability of the site. Third party profiling cookies are used to create user profiles in order to propose advertising messages in line with the choices made by users.
        The use of these cookies is governed by the rules set by third parties themselves, therefore, users are invited to read the privacy policy and instructions to manage or disable cookies published on the relevant web pages.

      The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
      This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
      This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment.
      These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

      The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message.
      Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.

  3. Optional provision of data

    The user is always free to provide the personal data required for sending informative material, except for what is necessary for navigation.
    Failure to provide the information, on the other hand, may make it impossible to obtain the information requested.

  5. Rights of data subjects

    Information about the content, origin, accuracy, integration, updating or correction of data is accessible to the owner of the data as well as their existence in the archives of Palazzo Innovazione, which can be verified by request. Similarly, the user has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
